Thin porcelain with robin´s egg ground, the lid with handpainted scene of two amorettes and garland of roses. The underside with form number "12.0" and dark green marked "S. 57" (for the biscuit made 1857) and red marked "DORÉ A SÈVRES 70" (completed in 1870). Incised galvanic silver onlay of floral garlands and butterfly, the lid with rocailles pattern. No silver mark, the hinge metal might be only silvered. Height 5,2 x length 10,2 x depth 7,5 cm. In very good condition, no chip or crack nor loss to the silver, carefully cleaned.
